Our 9" (23 cm) diameter wheel contains four distinct quadrants, each with violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange and red wedges, in this order. A plastic handle attaches to the center of the wheel, which can be set to spinning with an included cord. At rest, the wheel consists of separate colors. Is this true when it's in motion?
